“Mid pleasures and palaces though we may roam,
Be it ever so humble there’s no place like home!
A charm from the skies seems to hallow us there,
Which, seek through the world, is never met with elsewhere”
Remember this song; We’ve been singing it through generations. And it is super-duper true. We can be avid travellers or nomads or homegrown cookies, but at some point we all realize that the comfort, warmth and love we find in our home is uncomparable. This is our hibernating spot where we are free to wear mismatched clothes and it is our sacred shrine where we can sought out our thoughts, fears or joy. We are free to cry, laugh, yap and be our crazy selves.
The warm bed, inviting blanket, clean bathrooms, wardrobe, our favorite corner and lounging space makes my heart yearn to be back home. I like travelling, but after sometime, I need to come back home and stay put.
