Were you afraid of the dark as a child and did you let your imagination run? And if you did not kill this fear along the years, there is a possibility, you get scared when alone in a dark place….
There is no good or bad, there are things, situations, people, emotions, attitudes or beliefs that are empowering or disempowering. They mobilize you or immobilize you. And if you allow anything disempowering in your life to continue, it grows into a monster. It is manifested as your fears or anything that holds you, from living your life . So, kill the monster while it’s small.
Our subconscious mind is registering everything we feel, focus on or react to. If this is the first time, then a small invisible thread is connected to your brain. And every time you repeat, it solidifies into a thick wire, which will rush the reaction to your brain and body. That time, you feel like you have no control over your emotions or reactions. So be aware, be alert and don’t let anything that disempowers you or immobilizes you, become a part of you.
If you do not like the way someone puts you down or you find yourself reacting unnecessarily, then break away from the pattern in the initial stages. Don’t let it become a habit.
You are the best coach to help you build positive patterns in your life. As kids, we were taught “Little drops of water make a mighty ocean”, well that’s true for all the negative patterns too. Don’t let it become an ocean. Spill it at the earliest. 🙂 🙂
